The Capitol Hill Work From Home Guide was developed as a resource for junior staffers by the Modernization Staff Association. The first version was released on August 15, with tips for handling phones, mail, and a variety of different tasks within a Hill office. Today, MSA and its partners are proud to release the second version of the guide, incorporating feedback and insights from staffers.

This includes the results of a survey conducted with the Congressional Management Foundation asking staffers to share their experiences, pain points, and insights. Results from the survey are displayed throughout the guide. Some examples:
